Couldn't be more satisfied with all the dudes here, they work very hard and provide great service. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Tires look incredible and the ride feels smooth. Everyone had a great attitude and provided quality customer service. Definitely recommend

We are so grateful for Brian and their team! My husband called them from another tire store in the area where he had already spent 4.5 hours and was beyond frustrated. Brian confirmed he had what we needed and even offered to lower the price to beat the other store. We immediately headed over and the tires were already pulled down and they allowed us to pull right in and they completed the installation. When I tell you the relief felt by the customer service, kindness and overall experience, we are so very grateful and would HIGHLY recommend this store!!! Definitely a lifetime customer --- not making that mistake again!!! TY so much Brian and team!

*** BEWARE OF MANAGER MATT *** I've been coming to this Discount Tire location for 10+ years. (Eastern/Silverado Ranch). I have bought wheels/tires from this location, gotten wheels/tires balanced and serviced on several cars over the years, even brought family and friends cars here for wheels/tires over the years. Everything has always been great and I was always treated kindly and with respect. This time was a very different experience, and primary due to the manager MATT. Long story short... I was quoted a price at another location (Horizon Ridge/Green Valley) and was told they would give me a deal on lug nuts because they said I should never purchase lug nuts from Amazon, which I was planning to do. I decided to go to this Eastern/Silverado Ranch location and told manager MATT the price I was quoted to install my new wheels and tires at the Horizon Ridge/Green Valley location, and told him about the lug nuts deal. He refused to honor the install price or the lug nuts deal from the other location, telling me that every location has different prices, and instead he tried to over charge me by 30% for the wheel/tire install and told me he doesn't care what I was told about the lug

Had a great experience here. The guys are great and helped me pick out some wide Falken tires and widebody Hellcat rims for my Challenger. They took time to answer all my questions and had all four new tires and four new rims installed in less than an hour.

Insanely fast. The tracker said it would take 45 min., so I walked to a nearby restaurant to get some food. 5 minutes into eating and I already got a message that my car is all set. Incredible. Customer service was top notch too. Definitely will continue to come back to Discount Tire for all my tire needs.
